Genealogy of multiple-parent conversion is tracked efficently by Convert-n-Track. The example below illustrates the conversion of four rolls to several sheets packets. Convert-n-Track creates a new Parent Stock ID from the conversion station ID and current system time. The "Genealogy" button allows the operator to enter parent stock information. This information is linked to the new parent stock ID number, and collected information is summarized on this screen. The collected genealogy information is available in the "Quality Report". Genealogy information can be obtained by searching on Customer PO Number, Order Number, or by Parent ID Number.
