The next tasting will be on Saturday, September 20th at Dennis's.

We will be judging Bock beer , Ciders and fizzy fruit wine's.

As usual, Dennis has invited us to stop by early and check out his orchard. (bring a bag and harvest some apples!) It gets dark at about 6:30 so come after 5:30 and you'll be fine. Feel free to bring a tent and camp out if you need to they have plenty of room!

Cider
Ciders are produced by the fermentation of apple juices and optional ingredients such as fruits and spices. Wine, Champagne, ale, lager or wild yeasts may be used.

Traditional German Bock
Deep copper to dark brown in color. Medium to full-bodied flavor. Hop flavor and aroma can be light to non-existent.
